• All watches come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Covered Defects:

• Manufacturer defects such as non-functional hands, movement issues, or battery failures.
• Does not cover damage caused by drops, water exposure (if not water-resistant), or misuse.

How to Claim Warranty:

• Contact us at support@merakikey.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
